Terms and Conditions for SONALI RESORT

Welcome to www.sonaliresort.com (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website and the services provided by SONALI RESORT("we," "us," or "our"). Guest agrees to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Website. If Guests disagree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the Website, Guests confirm that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If guests use the Website on behalf of an organization, guests represent that they have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

The Website allows users to book resorts, event halls, roof decks, fishing services, bicycle rentals, etc. (the "Services"). We are the resort's direct management. Whatever service and terms mentioned here are the resort's actual terms and conditions. 

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guest agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Guest agrees not to use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.

Prices are displayed in the Philippines Peso and may be subject to taxes, fees, or additional charges.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

We accept PayPal, credit card, and Debit card payments. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the due amount.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

SONALI RESORT does not accept cancellations. However, we allow rescheduling at least seven days before the check-in date, and it is available in the calendar. 

Since there is NO cancellation, we don't refund either; the only option is rescheduling to another date. 

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

Errors or inaccuracies on the Website.

Unavailability of the Website or Services.

Acts or omissions of service providers.

Your use of or reliance on the Website or Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SONALI RESORT or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
