Pencil Booking Terms and Condition

Sonali Resort offers pencil booking service with the following terms and conditions: 

1. Provision to Hold Booking: Any future or return guest can request a pencil booking using our online booking system. To book the private resort, Sonali Resort will ask for the following Information: complete name, email address, and mobile number. 
2. Registration: Guest Information will be registered as a guest in our system, and our system will send login details to the email address they are given. Please check your email inbox and the spam folder for login details. 
3. Pencil booking: Sonali Resort offers a pencil booking for a minimum of 1 to 4 days, depending on understanding between the guest and the Sonali Resort operation team. Once registered, the pencil booking will send the guest a real-time email with the following status: Payment Status = Pending / Verifying and Booking Status = Pending. 
4. No Financial Commitment (Yet): No financial commitment is needed to have a pencil booking. No one will ask you for any payment for pencil booking. 
5. How many can pencil Book: Sonali Resort accepts as many pencil booking requests from guests on any given date. Since Sonali Resort knew many of them might change their mind and reschedule, it was tentative without any commitment. 
6. Payment: Guests are requested to settle payment within the pencil booking period, which is 1 to 4 days, depending on understanding with our operations team. Please check your email, where you can find the payment options and payment guidelines: GCash, BDO transfer, PayPal online payment, and Maya payment online. 
7. Who gets the final booking: Among all the guests who made pencil bookings, the first to pay will get the booking. All other pencil bookings will automatically be cancelled. Once Sonali Resort updates the booking status to paid and confirmed, the guest will receive an email with the following status in real time. Payment status: Paid; Booking Status: confirmed. 
8. Cancellation: If any guest doesn't take action to pay the pencil booking in time, the booking will be cancelled automatically. There will be no notification from our system at all, but guests can check their guest account on the Sonali Resort website ( www.sonaliresort.com) after logging in.
